Attendees:

President, Stephen Phillips called the 3^rd Annual Meeting to order.  He then proceeded to present his 2006 Annual Report which was read and placed on file.

Treasurer, Steve Masakowski read and presented the 2006 Annual Report.

·      Total income was $4,925.51.

·      Expenses totaled $3,858.46.

·      The organization had 88 paid memberships in 2006 compared to 71 in 2005.

A detailed report was submitted and placed on file.

Trustee, Francis Zaleski reported all financial records and documents to be in proper order.

No trustees are up for reelection.  Bob Connor, Frances Zaleski, and Joe Maloney remain as trustees.

Election of Officers

Frances made a motion to reelect the same Officers that now serve on the Board.

·         Treasurer, Steve Masakowski requested not to be nominated.  After a brief discussion with Stephen Phillips, he withdrew his request.

·         A question as to how long each officer can serve.

o        Answer:  No longer than a (6) year term but can be re-elected after a year off.

Carol seconded the motion with all members present voting in the affirmative.

1^st Vice President, Russ Sager

2^nd Vice President, Tom Kashatus

Treasurer, Steve Masakowski

Secretary, Palmira Miller

New Business

·         A question was asked if the Township Commissioners would give a State of the Township Address.

Peter made a motion to adjourn the meeting.  Joan seconded the motion with all members voting in the affirmative.

Meeting was adjourned at 8:20pm.
