Attendees:

President, Stephen Phillips called the Organizations Annual meeting to order on the above date and time, then, proceeded to review the Organization’s project and events which took place in 2008.  (Full report attached)

Treasurer, Steve Masakowski reports 2008 Finances.  Expenses for the year was $9,262.33, income $17,090.45. The year ended with 139 members.  The Official 2008 Financial Report will be certified, then submitted to the Trustees, the President and the Secretary of the Community Organization for review, then attached to the annual meeting minutes.

Stephen Phillips addressed and members discussed next years election of officers, the importance of examining records before handing them over to the new officers.

New Business

1.     It was nice to see a newsletter published by the Commissioner’s.

Carol made a motion to adjourn the meeting; seconded by Bill, all voted in favor.

Annual Meeting adjourned at 7:00 PM.
