The 2nd Vice President, Tom Kashatus reports:

1.        Chris Kule wrote a legal letter that we can use to request documents from the Township under the State’s new Right to Know law.

2.        I will work with Palmira in adding to Chris’s letter a list of the specific documents we are requesting.

3.        I think that the Community Organization should ask the Commissioners for a contribution.

4.        Dawson Jenkins, not T. J. Hicks, will resign from the Recreation Board.

Publicity Chairman, Bill Hourigan reports:

1.        I am planning to print and distribute the winter newsletter by December 21.

2.        I have a quote of prices from Creative Printing for printing a 12 page newsletter.  For 800 the price is $649, for 850 it is $666, and for 900 it is $675.

3.        I would like to write a 12 page newsletter

4.        Mike Roke was the only Commissioner interested in our offer to give the Commissioners one page of space in the newsletter.  Paul Czapracki and John Vishnefski were at least open to the idea.

Carolyn made a motion that we have a newsletter of up to 12 pages.  Carol seconded the motion, with all members present voting in the affirmative.

Tom made a motion that we print 900 copies of the newsletter.  Murph seconded the motion, with all members present voting in the affirmative.
